Work study techniques were used to measure standard times and identify bottlenecks. This resulted in a productivity increase of 1,257 pieces per day, but was still below the target capacity. Three alternatives were proposed and simulated. The best alternative added additional labor and machines at the bottleneck, increasing productivity by 7,738 pieces per day (44% improvement), reaching
