What is The Impact of Participatory Action Research On EFL Teachers about?

This study explored the effects of participatory action research on the professional development of EFL teachers. 18 junior high school English teachers participated in a 5-month action research program. Quantitative data from a CLT questionnaire and teacher evaluation rubrics showed statistically significant improvements in some teaching areas. Qualitative data from reflective journals also supported improvements. The findings suggest action research can help EFL teacher professional development.
