This document describes three versions of a water cooling mod for a 3D printer hotend. Version 1 uses a pre-made water cooling jacket that fits the hotend with minor fin filing. Version 2 uses an aluminum tube that requires more fin filing and drilling/tapping holes. Version 3 is the most difficult, requiring precision drilling of the heatsink and tapping a hole to fit a heat break, then fitting an aluminum tube with drilled/tapped water ports.
