What is COVID-19 Executive Order GA-32 about?
Governor Abbott issued an executive order relating to the continued response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Texas. The order lowers the occupancy limit for all businesses in Texas to no more than 75% of the total listed occupancy. However, there is no occupancy limit for essential services, religious services, government operations, child care, camps, and certain recreational sports. The order also lowers the occupancy limit to 50% for businesses in areas with high hospitalizations.
