The Tacos Don Rafa: The White Truck food truck was closed on October 16, 2018 for presenting an imminent health hazard. It did not have a food service permit from Salt Lake County Health Department. There was no handwashing sink on the truck and food was prepared at a commissary without an operational hand sink. At the commissary, a food worker was caring for a child in diapers while raw meats were stored at room temperature and general uncleanliness was observed.
