This study investigates the phenolic profile, antioxidant activities, and enzyme inhibitory potentials of four apricot cultivars from Igdır, Turkey. The findings reveal that the Şalak cultivar exhibits high radical scavenging potential, while the Zerdali cultivar has the highest total phenolic content. The apricot extracts demonstrate significant inhibitory activity against carbonic anhydrase and urease, suggesting their potential use in managing various diseases due to their bioactive compounds.
