What is Anti-Communist Voting Index for Congress about?

The Anti-Communist Council is preparing a voting "index" to score members of Congress on their voting records related to anti-communism and national security issues. The index aims to inform voters of how their representatives voted on key issues and help "pro-security" candidates get elected. It will rate members on a scale of 0-100 based on their votes on issues like defense spending and relations with communist countries.
