In this article, a real-time patient health monitoring system has been built and implemented on an IoT platform which can allow healthcare agencies like hospitals and doctors to monitor critical data of the patient in real-time and respond to the needs of the patient accordingly. The proposed system will prove to be beneficial for patients as well as the doctors and nurses and will lead to the implementation of an intelligent system which can automate various overviews being conducted by healthcare agencies adopting blockchain technology.
