What is Hydrogen Water about?
This pilot study examined the effectiveness of hydrogen rich water on antioxidant status in 20 subjects with potential metabolic syndrome over an 8-week period. Results showed a significant increase in antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) and a decrease in thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), along with improvements in cholesterol levels. The study suggests that hydrogen rich water may be a novel therapeutic approach for managing metabolic syndrome.
