The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit dismissed an appeal from Morer Lee of a district court order remanding a civil case against him back to state court for lack of federal jurisdiction. The appeals court found that district court remand orders are not reviewable under 28 U.S.C. 1447(d). As a result, the appeals court dismissed the appeal for lack of jurisdiction without oral argument.
