This study examined the effects of mild and moderate aerobic exercise on interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels and neutrophil counts in adolescents. 31 male high school students participated in mild aerobic exercise, moderate aerobic exercise, or served as controls. Blood plasma was analyzed pre- and post-exercise via flow cytometry and ELISA. The results showed that mild and moderate aerobic exercise did not affect IL-8 levels but did increase neutrophil counts, with a greater increase following moderate exercise. T
