What is Self-Efficacy about?

This study investigates the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between religious values and entrepreneurial orientations among Malay owner managers of SMEs in the manufacturing industry. The findings reveal that self-efficacy fully mediates this relationship, indicating that higher self-efficacy leads to more entrepreneurial behavior. The research suggests that enhancing self-efficacy in training programs could positively influence the entrepreneurial orientation of these managers.
