What is Animal Farm: A Reflection on Leadership about?

The Animal Farm cartoon was based on the book by George Orwell. It depicts the animals on a farm revolting against their alcoholic and abusive owner. Under the leadership of Snowball, the farm prospers. However, after Snowball is banished, Napoleon takes control and becomes a tyrannical leader, oppressing the other animals for his own gain. The animals eventually revolt against Napoleon as well, showing how power corrupts and leaders will only look out for themselves at the expense of others.
