What is Soccer Skills Evaluation in Venezuela about?

This document describes three tests to evaluate the technical fundamentals of soccer conducted with members of the "Guaracarumbo" community: 1) a ball dribbling test that measures the time to complete a circuit with and without the ball, 2) a ball control test scored from 1 to 4 points, and 3) a passing test scored from 1 to 4 points. The results of the tests are used to assess the technical level of each player and identify areas for improvement.
