What is Die Materials Impact on Zirconia Copings about?
This in-vitro study evaluated the impact of two die materials, Type IV stone and polyurethane resin, on the marginal and internal adaptation of zirconia copings. The results indicated that both materials provided clinically acceptable adaptations, with marginal gaps averaging 54.31 μm for Type IV stone and 56.25 μm for polyurethane. The study concludes that both die materials can be effectively used for CAD/CAM restorations without significant differences in adaptation.
