What is Issues with Old School Facilities about?

Angela tells her Uncle Edward that she will be moving to a new school next month that was built next to her old school. Her old school had some problems, such as the hall being far from the rest of the school and noise from outside. The library was small and not warm enough, and while her classroom was okay, it lacked modern equipment. The school also had slow lifts and the office lacked space. Angela is looking forward to her new school.
