This document contains standard curves for an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) using different solvent systems. Standard curves were developed for the API in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.4, 0.01N hydrochloric acid with various ratios of acetonitrile, and mixtures of phosphate buffered saline and acetonitrile. The absorbance was measured for API concentrations ranging from 0 to 30 μg/ml. Linear regression analysis was used to develop equation for the standard curves in each solvent system.
