In July 2010 President Obama signed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. As part of the agreement, Congress incorporated the Nonadmitted Insurance and Reinsurance Reform Act (NRRA) as Title V, Subtitle B, Part I.
