1. The Food Corporation of India revised the daily allowance rates for executives and non-executives on tour. 2. For executives, the daily allowance rates for Chairman/MD increased from Rs. 600 to Rs. 1290 in X&Y cities and Rs. 520 to Rs. 1120 in other stations. Rates for other positions such as EDs/CGMs, GMs/DGMs, and AGMs/MOs/Managers also saw increases. 3. For non-executives in categories AG.I to IV, the composite daily allowance rates (where night stay is involved) saw increases from Rs. 760 to Rs. 1
