This report investigates the mental health status and associated factors among people with physical disabilities in selected disability care centers in Kathmandu. The study reveals significant prevalence rates of depression (27.4%), anxiety (28.6%), and stress (14.1%), with various socio-demographic and social factors influencing these mental health outcomes. The findings underscore the importance of employment, family support, and loneliness in relation to mental health among individuals with disabilities.
