This case report describes using miniscrews to correct an anterior crossbite in two Class III malocclusion cases without extractions. Miniscrews placed at the infrazygomatic crest and buccal shelf were used to distalize the maxillary and mandibular arches, preventing protrusion after correcting the crossbite.
