What is Pakistan Flood Relief Efforts Update about?
Over 1 million people in Pakistan have been affected by heavy rains and floods since the start of the monsoon season in July 2022, including 580 deaths. Further rains are forecast until 19 August which may cause additional flooding. A rapid needs assessment is underway in 10 heavily affected districts of Balochistan.
