This review examines the safety and efficacy of thrombopoietin receptor agonists (TPO-RAs) in 45 pregnancies of women with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). The women had failed a median of three treatment lines prior to TPO-RA use. A platelet response was seen in 86.7% of cases, including a complete response in 66.7%.
