This case report describes an 88-year-old male who presented with a swelling in his left retromolar region. He had a history of successfully treated breast adenocarcinoma 12 years prior. Examination and imaging revealed a lesion involving the left maxilla and maxillary sinus. Biopsy showed the lesion was metastatic male breast adenocarcinoma.
