What is SFP Huawei about?

An SFP module is installed in port 24 and port 21 of a switch. In port 21, a multi-mode 850nm 0.5km SFP is initially connected, and then replaced with a Sumitomo SFP. Both ports are configured for 1000Mbps speed and full duplex mode. Interface statistics for both ports show no input or output traffic over the last 300 seconds.
