A series of conjoined trenches were excavated to the side of the property which revealed modern intrusion and deliberate backfilling immediately surrounding the property to the south. Within this disturbed material, residual 17th to 18th pottery was retrieved along with modern material. No undisturbed archaeological material was encountered within the development area.
