4 - Long-termOutcomesAfterRituximabTreatment by FagnerMoura is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study evaluates the long-term outcomes of rituximab treatment in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc), showing significant improvements in skin and lung fibrosis over a median follow-up of 96 weeks. The findings indicate that decreases in serum immunoglobulin levels, particularly IgA and IgM, correlate with better clinical responses. These results suggest that rituximab may provide sustained benefits for SSc patients and highlight the potential of serum immunoglobulins as response markers.
