Impurity 1 H NMR spectra were recorded on a 400 MHz Bruker AVANCE NEOspectrometer. Chemical shifts are reported in ppm from tetramethylsilane with the solvent resonance as the internal standard. Data are reported as follows: chemical shift, multiplicity (s = singlet, d = doublet, t = triplet, q = quartet, br = broad, m = multiplet), integration and coupling constants (Hz). 13 C NMR spectra were recorded on the same spectrometer at 100 MHz frequency with uniform proton decoupling. HRMS data were recorded on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC Xevo G2-XS QT instrument. MK-7145 spectrum was acquired on a 500 MHz Bruker spectrometer. MK-7145 LC data was acquired on an Agilent 1100 HPLC.
