About this document
Infertility and Cervical Insufficiency Risk by Carolina Sidabutar is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the association between infertility, fertility treatment, and cervical insufficiency (CI) in nulliparous women using data from Swedish national health registers. The findings indicate that infertility is linked to a higher risk of CI, particularly in women who have not experienced previous miscarriages, and that pregnancies conceived through fertility treatment also carry an increased risk compared to natural conceptions. This research highlights the need for improved risk assessment
