This study compared sexual self-concept between fertile and infertile women in Iran. 250 fertile and 250 infertile women completed the Multidimensional Sexual Self-Concept Questionnaire. After adjusting for covariates, infertile women had significantly lower scores on the sexual satisfaction, power-other sexual control, and fear of sex subscales compared to fertile women.
