What is 52-Year-Old Female with Multinodular Goitre about?

A 52-year-old female presented with a swelling in her neck for 2 years and loose stools for 2 years. On examination, there was an irregular 6x5 cm swelling in front of her neck on the right side that moved with swallowing and had a bosselated surface with multiple nodules palpable. Based on the examination, the diagnosis was a case of multi nodular goitre that was clinically euthyroid.
