This log sheet is used to record operational data from chillers twice daily including state, pressures, temperatures, running hours, voltage, and other metrics. Data is captured for two units at checking times in the morning, afternoon, and evening along with any remarks. Refrigerant and water parameters are tracked for the evaporator, compressor, condenser including suction and discharge details, approach, flow rates, and more.
