This study investigates the microstructure, microwave absorption, and mechanical properties of SiCf/Si3N4 composites enhanced with frequency selective surface (FSS)-type fiber cloth. The FSS-SiCf/Si3N4 composites demonstrate over 60% electromagnetic wave absorption in the 8–18 GHz range and maintain high mechanical stability, with flexural and tensile strengths of 330 MPa and 147 MPa, respectively.
