This study aimed to identify potential drug-related problems (DRPs) in children patients diagnosed with dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) hospitalized at RSUD Undata Palu in 2011. The researchers analyzed 103 patient medical records and found a total of 171 DRP cases. The most common DRP was unnecessary drug therapy at 57.89% of cases.
