Merilyn Tan Ng, a Chinese national residing in Cebu, Philippines, filed a motion for reconsideration to reactivate her dismissed application for an ACR I-Card. Her initial application in February 2017 was cancelled and deactivated without her receiving an order of dismissal. She is submitting this motion in good faith and in compliance with the completeness rule to have her application reconsidered for the prompt release of her ACR I-Card. She hopes the Bureau of Immigration will kindly consider her request
