VR-Stamp is a new voice recognition component from Sensory Inc. designed for embedded systems. It has capabilities like noise-robust speaker independent and dependent recognition, supports multiple languages, and high quality speech synthesis. The module uses a microcontroller, flash memory to store word recognition programs, EEPROM for reference words, and audio/parallel interfaces. It can recognize up to 13 spotted words in a vocabulary during training and identify the codes of words detected in sentences
