What is Captain N: Secrets of X-Land about?

1) Sigma, a mad scientist, discovers an ancient database containing information about other "lands" and realities. He sees potential to conquer these lands and occupy them. 2) Sigma scans the other lands and makes notes on entities that could help him in his conquest, including a "Darknut" and some mutant terrapins. 3) Sigma returns to his base and informs his loyal minion Vile of his new ambitions to rule over all of "Videoland". Vile pledges his support to Sigma as they plan their conquest.
