What is 3G Coverage Issues and Solutions Report about?

There were complaints from 8 locations, but issues were found at only 2 locations. The root cause was poor 3G quality under the coverage of cell GPKLK9C, while coverage from cells GPMOU2B and GPMOU2C was good. Optimizing the antennas of cells GPMOU2 and GPKLK9 could help improve the signal from GPMOU2 and resolve the quality issues.
