1. To develop custom forms in Oracle E-Business Suite, first create a local directory to store forms and libraries and copy the TEMPLATE.fmb file. 2. Next, transfer dependent files like APP*.fmb, FND*.fmb, and various PLL libraries to the local directory and set the FORMS_PATH environment variable. 3. Open TEMPLATE.fmb to begin custom form development. Make a copy of TEMPLATE.fmb and rename it with your custom form name beginning with XX. Develop the form according to guidelines.
