What is India Habitat Centre: Architectural Overview about?

The India Habitat Centre is located in New Delhi at the junction of two busy roads. It was designed to be a moderately dense complex of institutional and office spaces, as well as conference and library facilities. The building makes efficient use of space while being scaled and massed in a way that is in sync with its surroundings but also stands out through its proportions and materials. It was created with the objective of providing an example of an urban environment for offices and institutions.
