A 53-day old male infant presented with vomiting and abdominal distension. Imaging revealed a cystic mass in the right lumbar region. Exploratory laparotomy identified an intestinal duplication cyst measuring 7"x6"x5" attached to the jejunum about 18" from the duodenojejunal flexure. Resection and anastamosis of the involved jejunum was performed. Gross examination of the excised specimen revealed a 7cm diameter cystic mass attached to the intestine.
