What is Kvesitadze about?

Tamara Kvesitadze is a Georgian artist and sculptor best known for her 2007 sculpture "Man and Woman", later renamed "Ali and Nino", installed in Batumi, Georgia in 2010. The renaming references a 1937 novel about a romance between an Azerbaijani boy and Georgian girl in Baku from 1918 to 1920. Kvesitadze has also created 13 artworks commissioned for Glebe House in London.
