S Ipilimumab/nivolumab Skin disorder and pseudoprogression of tumour : case report A 70-year-old man developed skin disorder and tumour pseudoprogression during treatment with nivolumab and ipilimumab for malignant lymphoma [routes, dosages and outcomes not stated].The patient, who had a history of malignant lymphoma, which cured with radiation therapy at age 56 years. In April X-1, he underwent bronchoscopy for detailed examination of left lower lobe infiltrative shadow, but no malignant findings were observed. In Nov-X-1, an enlargement of the left lower lobe infiltrative shadow was noted. He received carboplatin, pemetrexed, nivolumab and ipilimumab. Later, he underwent left lower lobe resection and lymph node dissection. On day 12, his left pleural effusion increased. On day 13, he developed immune-related adverse events (irAEs) in the form of grade 1 skin disorders secondary to nivolumab and ipilimumab. Later, bacterial pleuritis was considered. Then, he received amoxicillin/clavulanic-acid and ampicillin/ sulbactam. His condition improved. On day 19, a chest X-ray and chest CT showed dyspnoea and an increase in left pleural effusion.
