A single vehicle crash occurred on US 98 east of Ryan Drive in Carrabelle, Florida involving a 2003 Chevrolet driven by Gary Michael Faulkner of Waveland, Mississippi. Mr. Faulkner and his passenger, Mary Billiot of Waveland, Mississippi, were transported to Weems Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after their vehicle collided with a palm tree. Mr. Faulkner was arrested for careless driving, not wearing a seatbelt, and driving under the influence of alcohol.
