This case report describes a 7-year-old girl diagnosed with macronodular hepatosplenic tuberculosis based on clinical presentation, imaging findings, and biopsy results. Abdominal ultrasound and CT scan showed multiple nodules in the liver and spleen. Colonoscopy also revealed an ulcerated mass obstructing the cecum.
