This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of potentized estrogen in treating endometriosis-associated pelvic pain (EAPP) through a 24-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involving 50 women. Results showed that potentized estrogen significantly reduced EAPP global scores and improved quality of life, while the placebo group showed no significant changes. The findings suggest that potentized estrogen is more effective than placebo for alleviating EAPP symptoms with few associated advers
