This case report describes a rare case of a large complex odontoma that had erupted into the oral cavity of a 23-year-old female patient. Imaging showed a large radiopaque mass in the left posterior maxilla that had displaced the maxillary sinus. The odontoma was surgically removed along with the impacted molar tooth. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of a complex odontoma. Follow up after 12 months showed no signs of recurrence.
