This case report describes a 71-year-old female who presented with bilateral conjunctivitis, scleritis, and peripheral ulcerative keratitis. Tests showed the presence of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCAc) and a diffuse granular cytoplasmic immunofluorescence pattern.
