What is Request for Leave of Absence Appeal about?

Marimuel Gen Irangan is requesting for a Leave of Absence (LOA) instead of being marked Absent Without Leave (AWOL) for the second term of the 2014-2015 school year. He failed to submit the proper paperwork for an LOA on time due to waiting for a decision on continuing his scholarship after not meeting the memorandum of agreement. He is now requesting an LOA to redeem himself and finish his studies at De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde.
