The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) issued a violation notice to Crimson Holdings, LLC for foul odors coming from their powdered egg manufacturing facility in Adrian, Michigan. EGLE staff observed odors of sufficient intensity, frequency and duration to violate Rule 901 during an inspection on March 28, 2023.
